1. Print-on-Demand Production

At Bayt Noor, every piece of wall art is printed on demand when you place your order. This production method allows us to ensure premium print quality while reducing environmental impact by avoiding overproduction.

We work with a network of local production partners. Your order is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address (France/EU, United Kingdom, or United States), helping to reduce both delivery times and transportation-related carbon emissions.

Production time: 1–3 business days before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • Metropolitan France

  • European Union

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required, regardless of your delivery destination (France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or the United States).

No additional shipping charges will be added at checkout.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery times are in addition to the 1–3 business day production time.

Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): 3–13 business days, depending on the destination.

These delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or customs processing.

5. Packaging

Each piece of wall art is carefully packaged using appropriate protective materials (rigid cardboard packaging and/or mailing tubes, depending on the product size) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

6. Shipping Carriers

Depending on your delivery location, your order will be shipped by a trusted carrier partnered with our local production facility. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email containing the carrier's details and your tracking link.

7. Customs Duties and Import Taxes (Outside the European Union)

Orders shipped to the United Kingdom, the United States, or any country outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local administrative fees in accordance with the destination country's regulations.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the prices displayed on our website.

If you would like to estimate these charges before placing your order, we recommend contacting your local customs authorities.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment until delivery.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at BaytNoor@outlook.fr. We will do our best to update your shipping address before your order is dispatched, although we cannot guarantee changes if production has already begun or the order has already been shipped.

10. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Shipments

Delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at BaytNoor@outlook.fr, including your order number.

Damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of both the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Lost packages
If your tracking information has not been updated for an unusually long period, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and determine an appropriate solution, such as reshipment or a refund.
